At RAAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your RAAS account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
